What's my vision for the future? My future?

Thinking about my future in the next five years... to be honest, I will be thrilled to complete my PIDP. I am 51 and embrace every opportunity to learn new things. My journey as an instructor/teacher/mentor has expanded and grown far beyond where I thought I would be at this stage.


I plan to slow things down over the next few years and spend more time developing curriculum and less time in the classroom. Mentoring developing instructors provides me a great deal of pride and enjoyment.


I am fortunate to be doing a job that I love and find rewarding!
