How to prepare for a Toolbox talk/Safety talk

I am new to the world of Health and Safety. Many of my clients ask for help on how to deliver a 10-15 minute talk to their crew! This video provides some great advice to start. It can be overwhelming and uncomfortable to get up in front of your crew to deliver a safety talk. And... how do you know your crew heard and understood what you were saying. What was your message? There are the obligatory safety talks we have to do... they are dull, boring and predictable. Do they have to be? How can we change the way we deliver our talks to reach our crew?
